Can you clean if I'm not going to be home?

Whether you choose to provide us with a key, leave a key in a safe place, or make other arrangements, we'll work with you to find a solution that works best for your needs.

If you have an alarm system, please provide us with the code so that we can safely enter your home and get to work. We'll make sure to disarm the alarm when we arrive and re-arm it when we leave to ensure the security of your home.

It's important to note that there is a $50 lockout fee if we have a scheduled cleaning and we are unable to access your property. We understand that things happen and plans change, but we do ask that you let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes to our access arrangements. That way, we can avoid any unnecessary fees and make sure that we're able to provide you with the exceptional cleaning service you deserve.
